All fit lane swims Sunday-Wednesdays and Saturdays are 25m Short Course in the shallow tank.
Thursday and Fridays are 50m Long Course.

DROP-IN SPORTS
We offer a variety of drop-in sports including badminton, basketball, futsal, pickelball, squash (reservations required) and volleyball. A full list of available drop-in sports and associated hours/locations can be found on the Western Rec App or on the calendar at shop.westernmustangs.ca (located at the bottom of the main page). Drop-in times may differ from week-to-week so members are encouraged to check prior to visiting the WSRC.
Indoor shoes MUST be worn inside the facility and the gyms.
Members must bring their own squash or badminton racquets, pickleball paddles and balls. Other sport equipment is available at the rental desk.
*Closed for Western Holidays & any early closures noted above will also impact drop-in sports.
