Looking for ways to stay active while staying at home and working on social distancing? Sports and Recreation wants our Mustangs to be able to stay active, so our Western Campus Recreation Fitness is going LIVE on Instagram @Western_Rec every day of the week, with some of your favourite classes. See schedule below.
ALSO on Mondays and Thursdays through May, our Cardio Dance class will be offered Live on ZOOM. Individuals must pre-register for these FREE classes:

Monday - Yoga – 8AM; Cardio Dance – 6PM (Zoom, registration required)
Tuesday - High Intensity Interval Training – 10AM; Cardio Kickbox – 4:30PM
Wednesday - Yoga – 8AM; Sculpt & Sweat – 4:30PM
Thursday - High Intensity Interval Training – 10AM; Cardio Dance – 6PM (Zoom, registration required)
Friday - Yoga – 10AM; Sculpt & Sweat – 1PM
Saturday - Pilates – 10AM
We will be posting different exercises and and ways to stay active every day - from live fitness classes on Instagram @Western_Rec to instructional individual exercises you can do whenever.
