Campus Recreation Outdoor Fitness Classes

Western Campus Recreation is excited to be able to offer free outdoor fitness classes for the fall.

Registration will open 7 days prior to the course start. Please visit shop.westernmustangs.ca for specific offerings and details. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the location on campus and further details.

Capacities are limited, and all provincial and local health unit guidelines will be followed. 

Outdoor fitness classes are free and only open to current Western students. 

Classes will take place on the grass area just east of the WSRC (see yellow star on the map below).  Classes are weather permitting and will be cancelled one hour prior to the start time based on weather radar. Participants will receive email notification of any cancelations.
