Locker & Towel Service Fall 2025

Is your bag overflowing or you regularly forget some workout essentials at home? Store your stuff at Western Campus Recreation. We offer full and half size rental lockers in both the men's and women's locker rooms. A limited number of lockers are also available for day use (in each locker room and throughout the facility). Customers may bring their own locks, or rent/purchase a lock from the Main Welcome Desk - locks cannot be left overnight on day-use lockers. Towel service is an added convenience for members not wanting to drag wet towels home in their bag. Our towel service allows members unlimited towel usage for the duration of the service, one towel at a time.

Locker Service

Safely store your equipment, gym bags etc. at the Western Student Recreation Centre (Rec Centre).

Locker Sizes & Pricing for 2025-26:

  • Full Locker:
    • 1 Term: $84*
    • 2 Terms: $162.75*
    • 3 Terms (Annual): $236.25*
  • Half Locker:
    • 1 Term: $52.50*
    • 2 Terms: $89.25*
    • 3 Terms (Annual): $131.25*
  • *All new services include a $15 refundable lock deposit.
  • *Prices exclude HST.
Rental Details:
  • Lockers available in both men's and women's locker rooms.
  • Members receive a lock and assigned locker location.
  • Payment accepted via VISA, Mastercard, Debit (no cash).
  • Purchase from the Welcome Desk at the main entrance to the WSRC on the third floor.

Towel Service

  • Convenient & Unlimited Use:
    • Members can use one towel at a time, as often as needed.
    • No need to carry wet towels home!
  • Pricing:
    • Monthly: $10.50
    • Term: $42
    • Annual: $115.50
    • *Prices exclude HST
How It Works:
  • Present your membership card at the Equipment Desk on the lower level (second floor) directly below the main entrance, to pick up and return towels.
  • Payment accepted via VISA, Mastercard, Debit (no cash).
