Summer Group Fitness

Discover amazing programs and facilities at the Western Student Recreation Centre this Spring/Summer! 

During the week of May 5-11, you can try any fitness class for FREE, with an already existing Campus Recreation membership.

We offer over 30 classes each week, including yoga, pilates, bootcamp, step, scult, cycle, the pump and more.

Our Spring Session runs May 5-June 30, for 8 weeks, and there are 3 ways you can sign up for classes. 

  1. Register for a particular class you are interested in for the entire 8 week session for $19.99 (A deal at $2.50 per class).
  2. Purchase a Flex Pass which allows you to attend any 10 classes. Passes can be shared, and cost $39.99 for 10 class pass ($3.99 per class).
  3. Purchase a single class pass - good for any one fitness class on the day of purchase ($5.49 per class).
