I am a 3rd year Kinesiology (BA) student personal trainer at the WRSC! Besides resistance training, I love playing tennis, walking and going on runs with friends. Fun fact about me I am trilingual (English, Spanish, French) and learning Korean. I’m a huge foodie too so don’t hesitate to ask for my favorite recipes!

Sarah Allen​: Pronouns: She/Her Academic Year: 4th year Program: Kinesiology, BSc Certifications: CSEP –CPT  Coaching Association of Canada  Areas of Expertise: I focus on strength training, weight loss, and injury prevention/rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques and practices.  Favourite Exercise:  Bulgarian split squats or step ups When I am not at the gym I can be found: Studying with friends or finding new neighbourhoods to walk! Hi, I'm Sarah! I began resistance training during Covid. I love to share this passion with others to pass on the confidence and energy weightlifting has given me! I hope to help my clients build skills throughout training that allow them to move forward with healthy goals and an enjoyment for the process.
