Jun Li Receives Prestigious VUVX Award

junJun Li, from TK Sham’s group, has been won the International 2016 Vacuum Ultraviolet and X-ray Physics (VUVX) Award for his work on soft X-ray studies of iron oxide nanostructures. The Prize consists of a certificate, payment of conference registration fees, a cash prize, partial support of costs to attend the conference and an oral presentation in an award session. The 2016 award is sponsored by Elsevier.

Additionally, Jun is a recipient of this year’s Materials Division CRC book prize for his oral presentation at the 99th CSC meeting held in Halifax.
